Any good hairstyles for really long hair?

With graduation and such coming up, I want something new and fabulous to do with my hair. However, I can't find any good sites with step by step guides to hairstlyes for really long hair (think: two feet long hair). Does anyone know of a good place to find directions (or has a good set they're willing to share)?

I was just going to suggest a french braid twist thingie? I know thats vague..but I really like to wear my hair in a braid..and my hair is long. I think braids are pretty...just a suggestion. I hope you find something you like!

add layers. layers work for any face shape. check with a hairstylist with what works best for you. if you've got straight hair, try getting waves to add body for your hair. highlights will depend on your skin tone.

I have 17 inches of long hair that i have not cut in 6 years. I usually braid it or put it up in a clip at work. When i do get it to where i want to go out and look nice i wash it and then i put hairspray or jell on it and make it look shaggy and then put it up.

instead of a regular french braid, do one that goes around your head (like a crown, but more flat).

start with a side part in the back (with hair that long 2 rounds will probably be done. back of crown comes forward). when french braiding , instead of grabbing extra hair from both sides, grab from only top ( towards center of braid) (one side only).

if your mom knows how to french braid ask her to help you or ask her to try it out on you. she will ENJOY the time at least, if she can't figure it out.

My cousin had a hair cut by Johnathan in Beverly Hills. It cost like $500 but it came out really good to the point that she doesn't need a hair cut ever so often.

Because we all can't get our hair done by him I suggest you get a long layered hair cut. Go downtown and spend some money on it. Not so much like my cousin but the long layered hair cut will look really good on you. Plus you will still have your lenght.

Your hair are really loooooooong.If they are straight and sleek and if you have a good figure i would sugesst you to go in for layers or bangs...it really adds a soft look to ur hair...and even if you tie uo ur hair for the graduation the soft flicks will make you look natural and gorgeous
